SHIPPING
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 days after it has been accepted (weekends and Danish holidays excluded). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has gone through, and another email with a tracking number once your package has been sent.
DELIVERY COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders of €150 or more. All orders include complimentary gift-wrapping.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
At this time we only offer shipping to countries within the European Union. If you are currently residing outside the European Union, stay tuned!
RETURNS
All Brooks & Koola garments are made to the highest possible standards. However, if you wish to return an item that you purchased from us, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding postage). Alternately, if you wish to exchange your item for a more suitable size or colour we can also arrange this for you.
Please note that all products are returned to us at your own cost and risk. We recommend that you choose a postal service with a tracking number, as Brooks & Koola are not liable for any lost returns and cannot issue a refund until the items have been received and inspected. All items must be returned in perfect, unworn and unwashed, re-saleable condition and all garment tags must remain attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please see our ‘Size & Fit’ guide for the individual garments to ensure that you have selected the appropriate sizes before finalizing your purchase. We recommend you use our ‘Size & Fit’ guide and measurement tables to compare measurements with a similar garment in your personal wardrobe.
